General Questions
Q: What are Eraseboards made of?
A: They are made of melamine boards. They are rigid and are not cheap whiteboard
replacements. Some manufacturers use white plastics or spray-painted tins to save on costs,
but we use the standard material that is specific to dry-erase markers.

Q: Do you manufacture Eraseboards yourselves?
A: Yes, we do manufacture all of the Eraseboards in-house. This means that
we do not have to pay for a middle-man or distributors, and we can pass the savings on
to you as customers. This is one of the biggest reasons we can offer such competitive prices!

to receive your product.
Your product may take up to 3 days to be shipped out but generally
within 1 or 2 days from the day of your order. From the date of the shipment, whether
we use USPS or FedEx, you should receive it in about 3~5 business days. If for any reason
you believe the shipment is being delayed, please notify us so we can investigate.

Q: Are the Eraseboards weatherproof?
A: Sort of. They are weather-resistant. They are rigid and strong boards. They can
withstand moisture and excessive temperatures but are not water-proof. If you get them
wet, you should wipe them dry before storing them.

Q: How sturdy are Eraseboards?
A: They are as rigid as a wooden board that is 1/8" thick. You probably can't even bend them
unless you exert extreme stress on them. You will definitely have trouble breaking them
with your bare hands.

Maintenance of Eraseboards
Q: After few uses, my Eraseboards are dirty and stained! What can I do?
A: After a while, depending on use and the color of the dry-erase markers you use, Eraseboards can
build up dirt that cannot be wiped off with a regular whiteboard eraser (or tissue). This is often
called "ghosting" and happens with every dry-erase board. When this happens, simply take
some mild soap water on a piece of cloth and wipe the boards off. This happens most often with red
dry-erase markers, so you might just want to refrain from using red markers.

maintenance page.
Q: My Eraseboards have dust particles, woodchips, lint, etc.! What can I do to get them off?
A: Sometimes, Eraseboards can build up static electricity and attract dirt and dust particles.
To discharge the boards, you can wipe it using a damp cloth. You can also lightly rub it
with a dryer-sheet.(back to top)
For more information, please refer to our
maintenance page.
Q: My Eraseboards got wet. What should I do?
A: Simply wipe them down with a cloth and dry them in a well vented area. Once dry,
Eraseboards should be back to normal.

maintenance page.
Q: Do you have any recommendation on how to clean Eraseboards?
A: You can always purchase spray cleaners at local stores such as Staples, but that can quickly get expensive.
You can use household cleaners such as 409. Be careful with strong solutions such as rubbing
alcohol and nail polish remover. You may want to dilute them first or make sure to wipe off
the excess afterwards. See this article on TipKing.com here.

Technical Difficulties
Q: I am getting java.lang.OutOfMemoryError on some of your pages. What is wrong?
A: This means that our website is having technical difficulties. This occasionally happens with
our website hosting service and occurs rarely. If you receive this error, please wait for a while
and try again.

Q: While I am placing my order, I often get "Session Expired". What is happening?
A: You have been forwarded to that page, because our website did not receive any responses from you
for a certain period of time. This clears certain information such as the order form and your
personal information from our server. This is primarily for security reasons to protect your
information. When this occurs, please try again with your order. If you had already
received an order number, you do not have to worry about session expiring, because your
order was submitted and safely stored on our database.
