Wipe off all writings and drawings on each marker board at the end of the day. Any ink that's been left on the boards for several days may stain the boards! Use a dry soft cloth.

Weekly Care
If you use your board 3~4 times a week, clean it at least once a week with mild soap water. Wipe the board with soapy soft cotton towel or rag, then rince with clean water (or damp cloth). Make sure to wipe it dry before use or storage.

Teachers - We understand that it's difficult to clean 30+ boards with the method above. If you are restrained on time, simply wipe each board with a soft wet cloth.

Ghosting and Stubborn Marker Stains
If ghosting or stains appear and you cannot wipe them off with a dry or wet cloth, try using specialized cleaning solutions for whiteboards. They are available at local office supply stores. If you do not have them handy, you can also try using glass cleaners such as Windex or 409. Use them sparingly, and make sure to wipe them off completely.

Last resort! - If you cannot get the stains out with a specialized solution or glass cleaner, you may need stronger cleaners. These include rubbing alcohol, fingernail polish remover, and Goof-Off. Dab little amounts with a cloth and wipe off immediately. Repeat if necessary. When finished, wipe the boards thoroughly with a wet cloth so no chemicals remain on the boards.

Using Glass cleaner, or household cleaner on a Dry-Erase board is a very bad idea. Ammonia in glass cleaner, and bleach in household cleaners will decrease the lifespan of the dry-erase caoting on the board!!! You are better off using NON-Acetone fingernail polish remover, than anything else for tuff stains.

Cleaning should be done in this order: Dry Erase Eraser, Dry soft cloth, Wet(Water) Cloth, Mild Soapy Water, Dry Erase Cleaner, then NON-Acetone Polish remover.
